Base pay range
This role reports to the Digital Organizing Director.
Key Responsibilites
- Develop and lead content & messaging strategy for engaging supporters across digital platforms
- Direct broadcast-specific engagement for supporters to share content and messaging within their digital communities and networks
- Develop reporting and accountability processes for broadcast engagement programs
- Propose and test innovative techniques and tools for engaging our supporters in-platform
- Work in close coordination with Grassroots Partnerships Director and Digital Coalitions Director to develop messaging guidance and content to engage voters
- At least 5 years of political experience, preferably working on a Digital or Digital Organizing team.
- Prior experience managing teams and managers of managers.
- Prior experience working on social media, email, SMS, and other digital platforms
- Able to work independently and on a team, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong political judgment.
- Creative thinker. Excellent writer. Strong communicator and storyteller.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a detail-oriented manner
