What We Are Looking For

Experienced Senior Product Manager to join the AI and Data team to lead the development and execution of the AI-driven automation capabilities of our interaction automaton platform. In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing and executing the product strategy for our AI solutions, ensuring they effectively enhance and streamline automated interactions across calls, chats, and other communication channels. You will work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to prioritize and build innovative data-driven features that meet the evolving needs of our customers. Your expertise in customer experience solutions, business process automation and using AI technology to solve business challenges will be crucial in shaping the future of our AI powered automation platform and driving business growth. The successful candidate is passionate about customer experience, business process and AI.

Responsibilities

• Be the champion for our users, turning their needs into revolutionary product requirements
• Craft and implement a forward-thinking product strategy and roadmap for our AI-driven applications and services
• Work directly with cross-functional teams—engineering, design, marketing, and sales—to lead the delivery of outstanding products on time and within budget.
• Stay ahead of the curve by continuously researching market trends, customer needs, and the latest in AI technology.
• Serve as the go-to expert on AI-based products and services, spreading the word both internally and externally
• Develop comprehensive business cases and financial models to guide product development and investment
• Ensure our products meet all security and data privacy standards, working closely with legal and infosec teams.

Examples

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• At least 7 years of product management experience, preferably in the interaction workflow and automation SaaS domain.
• Experience with interaction automation platforms such as Google Dialog Flow, IBM Watson, Amelia, Amazon Lex, LivePerson, Microsoft Copilot, Cognigy, and similar
• Experience/Understanding of privacy by design & privacy requirements (HIPAA, GDPR, PCI, etc) in the context of Big Data and ML.
• Experience working with product management tools including Salesforce, JIRA, Confluence.
