Job Responsibilities:
Lead a team of technical professionals, including software engineers, architects, and technical specialists, in the delivery of IT solutions
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, helping to develop their skills and capabilities
Collaborate with project managers and business stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and objectives
Develop technical architectures and design solutions that meet client needs and align with industry best practices
Oversee the development and implementation of software applications, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project timelines
Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to team members to ensure code quality and maintainability
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolution to ensure project success
Serve as a subject matter expert on emerging technologies and industry trends, providing insights and recommendations to project teams and clients
Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the technical team
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
Havingexperience minimum 4 - 5 years in bankingTransaction banking & Digital banking, Wealth Management, Custody System & Antasena.mostly has the application & infrastructure experienced in banking,
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams
Project management experience, including the ability to manage project budgets, resources, and timelines
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and propose effective solutions
