Recruiting Business Partner, Technology, Vice President

As a Recruiting Business Partner at Morgan Stanley, you will have the opportunity to collaborate across the business to develop and drive best-in-class talent acquisition strategies across Lateral & Junior Talent Recruiting efforts. This role will lead and contribute to recruiting strategies and efforts that are aligned with firm and divisional objectives in workforce planning, organizational development, and talent programs. Your relationship management and influencing skills will make you a credible partner to the business, providing valuable insights and market trends.

This new Vice President role will support a Global Technology Division, and report to the Executive Director of Talent Acquisition for Technology.

> Partner with business to regularly review forecasting, attrition, understand headcount and resourcing plans, and link recruiting programs to the talent needs of the business

> Talent Acquisition across all divisional hiring

> Supporting line into COO's with business alignment to assist on growth and strategy and demand planning

> Reviews targets and KPIs with COOs/business leads to ensure these reflect the needs of the business and work with the AMS Delivery Managers, to ensure the services is set up to meet these, implementing any changes required

> Develop and execute best-in-class talent acquisition strategies supporting Morgan Stanley, reinforcing the brand, and allowing for successful hiring of top talent

> Leverage strong analytical and talent assessment skills to articulate new ways to identify, assess, and predict the success of incoming talent

> Collaborate with the RPO Delivery Team in identifying and implementing any process improvements

> Help define and innovate a streamlined recruiting process that results in superior candidate and hiring manager experience. This includes a strong understanding of the candidate and hiring journey, identifying the key moments that matter, and differentiating on them

> Stay informed of and share timely market data, leveraging the intel to Morgan Stanley's competitive advantage

> Partner with key recruitment, diversity, and business partners to plan and implement diverse recruiting initiatives

> Report on key recruiting metrics to allow the team to operate effectively at scale

> Bachelor's degree with a minimum of seven years of experience in recruiting or HR

> Demonstrated commitment to being a talent advisor to the business, using data and analytics to tell your story

> An understanding of the finance industry and ability to lean new concepts quickly

> Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment; handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly

> Client focused, service oriented, relationship builder

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $105,000 and $170,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include

commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
