A Testing and Quality Assurance is needed for an American defense, aviation, information technology, and biomedical research company in the Tewksbury, MA area. This role manages technical quality assurance, oversees manufacturing QA/QC practices, conducts inspections, and coordinates supplier audits, requiring expertise in GD&T, SPC, and strong communication.

Responsibilities
Provide QA support, implement QA/QC practices into manufacturing process.
Drive standard work and monitor staff performance.
Direct final operational test/verification (system) on 1st shift.
Support Factory Acceptance Testing, final paperwork/packaging review before shipment.
Perform supplier audits/qualification.
Manage Corrective Action Requests (CARs) and Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCARs) for the facility.
Provide Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) training as needed.
Update Quality documents for the facility.

Reading engineering prints, technical reports, raw material specifications, acceptance test reports
