6+ years of experience in ServiceNow testing is required
Should have experience in leading a QA test team
Manual testing experience of ServiceNow applications like Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, CMDB, Release modules
Understanding of requirement gathering and experience of converting the same in test cases
Understanding of ServiceNow development and objects used in development
Experienced in testing of ServiceNow domain separated environments
Ability to work independently as functional QA resource and take initiative and ownership in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborate and work closely with Developers to design specific testing strategies.
Should have hands on Experience in an Agile process.
Provide QA testing effort estimates to Client managers and scrum masters.
Participate in sprint planning and work with the project team to identify risks/impacts in the SNOW to be tested.
Work with the test team to design, develop, implement, and maintain a functional test cases and Defect management process.
Analytical abilities, Strong Technical Skills, Communication skills, ability to work in a multiple / diverse stakeholders’ environment, People coordination
Experience in client handling directly for requirements clarifications, defect resolution and test environment readiness
