Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Service Consultant at HYLA USA located in Deerfield Beach, FL. The Customer Service Consultant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries and issues, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The Consultant will also handle customer complaints, process orders, and provide product information and recommendations. Additionally, the Consultant will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer service processes and contribute to customer service initiatives.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer information and requests
