Role Value Proposition:

You will become a member of the South Customer Unit in National Accounts. The South CU is a diverse team of every background working together to deliver world class customer service to our premiere National Account customers.

This role, for a Client Service Consultant, will deliver exceptional customer service, serve as a liaison between clients and MetLife internal departments, resolve client inquires and develop and maintain proficiency in the following core skill areas: account and project management, problem resolution, implementation and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overall accountability for day-to-day support of multiple clients.
  • Prepares and completes more complex accounting processes, calculations and reports.
  • Primary contact for a large number of clients or a medium to large distribution channel
  • Performs other duties as assigned or required.
  • Responsible for key clients. Participates in new client implementations


Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:

Required:

  • 3+ years related experience
  • High School diploma


Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years related experience
  • Strong customer satisfaction focus
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience working within Microsoft Office, especially Excel
