Technical Implementation Manager

As a Technical Implementation Manager, you will be working on the cloud based platform and mobile app integrations with clients.

Responsible for the positions:

• Be a part of the implementation team and work with multiple teams internally.

• Manage the technical implementation experience for new customers, including kicking off the project and communicating with the customer

• Ensure deliverables are met on time, and facilitating final sign off

• Ensure development requirements are met and organized to optimize the engineering work with customers

• Develop project timelines and ensure the group stays on track, flagging issues and resolving problems along the way

Skills and Experience

• At least 4 years of professional experience in technical implementation and/or project management role

• Excellent time management and organizational skills and ability to effectively handle multiple projects and tasks with shifting priorities

• Ability to collaboratively create implementation plans and keep projects on track for successful on-time completion

• An understanding of how integrations between various systems work

• Working knowledge of software such as Postman, SQL & APIs

• Experience working with customer launches that require 3rd party integrations

• Interest in learning about security, server infrastructure and protocols

• Experience working with project management software like Jira and Teamwork is preferred.
