Compensation: $182,000-208,000 base + variable bonus

Location: Denver Metro Area

  • Please note: This role is not eligible for 100% remote work. Employees must live within a commutable distance of the Denver Metro Area and must be willing to be onsite at the client and/or Slalom Denver office up to 5 days a week.

As a Director for our Denver Data and AI practice, you will be responsible for delivering and leading quality data programs for clients as well as providing technical architecture and leadership to other team members.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with the business development team with pre-sales activities, concentrated on solutioning to meet client needs
  • Lead complex engagements and programs for our local clients
  • Develop highly performant, reliable, and scalable data solutions
  • Provide meaningful feedback and coaching of other team members to successfully overcome technological challenges
  • Create and lead multi-capability solutions to address client challenges and opportunities

What You’ll Bring

  • 10+ years of proven leadership experience, including a solid track record of 5+ years in the consulting industry
  • Previous experience overseeing a business line of $5 MM+
  • In-depth experience in leading analysis, architecture, design, and development of data solutions
  • Depth in data engineering, data science, or analytics consulting, with proficiency across all data areas
  • Champion organizational excellence through dynamic leadership and strategic management, fostering an environment of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Experience with leading pursuits for key accounts and high-touch engagements relating to capability-focused deals

Compensation And Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range is $182,000-208,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
