Responsibilities

  • Implement Adobe Analytics and/or Google Analytics across multiple websites and platforms
  • Analyze web traffic and site behavior to derive customer and business insights to support business decisions and deliver on the improved website experience
  • Perform in-depth analysis by collecting and analyzing data such as website traffic, page views, and site visit durations across marketing channels/sources
  • Build dashboards to measure, track and interpret website KPIs and identify deviations from objectives
  • Maintain and support web data integrity; ensure that all jll.com analytical packages are correctly configured to provide robust metrics and insights
  • Collaborate with data analytics team to develop reporting dashboards that track marketing KPIs and revenue attribution and build a deeper understanding of visitor behavior to optimize the conversion funnel
  • Create and manage the tag implementation process end to end using GTM or Adobe Launch, coordinating tagging for new site content and functionality and tracking parameter implementations
  • Proactively identify opportunities for segmentation and site analysis
  • Manage measurement design, set up, and evaluation of A/B and multivariate testing
  • Work with marketing and UX teams to A/B test alternative content and/or design concepts to drive web conversions
  • Collaborate with web design, development, and content staff to monitor and improve search engine optimization (SEO) results for the company's sites
  • Deep dive on customer journeys to extract insights on how the website and content is performing, and recommend testing or optimization opportunities
  • Perform ad hoc analysis to answer strategic business questions
  • Identify opportunities to teach stakeholders basic analytics to educate and empower users

Qualifications

  • Must have a minimum of 5-7 years' experience in marketing and 3+ years' experience in web development and analytics in a B2B or real estate company (or similar agency experience)
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Adobe Launch, certification a plus
  • Experience in designing and authoring reports/dashboards using Looker/Google Data Studio or Adobe Analytics, Power BI, Tableau
  • Strong analytical skills and in-depth understanding of B2B web metrics and KPIs
  • Experience with various CMS/digital experience platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager and Wordpress
  • Strong understanding of full marketing tech stack including marketing automation, chat/conversational AI and ABM systems
  • Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) for websites and A/B tests.
  • Competency working with Python and SQL
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
