Customer Service Representative

At GreenStone Farm Credit Services, we're seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to be the cornerstone of our exceptional service for all customer segments. This role stands as a vital pillar within our team, directly contributing to our excellent customer service and branch operations. As a Customer Service Representative at our organization, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact by fostering customer relationships and collaborating closely with our dedicated association staff.

Working Hours: Enjoy a consistent schedule of 8am-4:30pm, Monday – Friday in the office, providing you with a stable work-life balance.

Location: Based in our Bad Axe, MI office, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to the local community while being an integral part of our organization.

Day in the life of a Customer Service Representative

  • Providing excellent internal and external customer service will be at the core of your daily interactions.
  • This role will consist of daily customer interactions, answering incoming calls, receipting payments, disbursing funds, providing administrative assistance to our mortgage loan processing and loan documentation process.
  • From collecting, coordinating, and uploading documentation to facilitating loan closings to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.
  • You'll be involved in tasks ranging from data entry, loan servicing, maintaining branch operations and supply ordering.

What Experience can you Bring?

  • HS Diploma or Equivalent
  • 2 + years customer service or office experience required.
