Talent Acquisition Partner - Remote

Lifeway Human Resources is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner. S upporting ministry operations in talent acquisition efforts, this position collaborates with business leaders in creating planning models and talent pipeline processes that sustain the mission. This role will utilize market data to develop recruiting strategies and implement tactics that result in talent pipelines aligned with current and future needs of the organization.

This is a full-cycle recruiting role that extends to a broad array of collaboration and learning opportunities. In this role, you will own the entire candidate lifecyle from launch meeting to onboarding, and beyond. We make every effort to create a white glove experience for candidates, hiring leaders, and other internal stakeholders.

This is a remote position in the U.S. with occasional travel to Nashville for in-person team gatherings.

Responsibilities

  • Lives out Lifeway’s mission and values , showing deep commitment to Kingdom work
  • Creates and executes recruiting strategies with hiring leaders ; e ducates managers regarding recruiting and hiring practices
  • Directs recruiting and hiring process while ensuring that both company and legal hiring requirements are followed
  • Attracts talent for open positions and maintains talent pipeline; s ources, identifies, and pipelines quality candidates for active and passive staffing needs
  • Conducts market research to identify diverse talent pools and collaborates with internal and external partners to explore initiatives to tap into those talent pools
  • Reviews all incoming resumes and conducts initial interviews based on job requirements and candidate qualifications
  • Develops and improves relationships with vendors, suppliers, customers, internal departments, and other associated entities
  • Identifies, recommends, and uses online recruiting resources
  • Manages applicant tracking system daily as it relates to open positions
  • Understands and executes all phases of the talent acquisition process
  • Attends career fairs and other company recruiting events, as needed
  • Occassional travel required, some overnight

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, human resources management, or related field

  • 5+ years Human Resources or related experience, with progressive growth in responsibilities
  • 5+ years full life-cycle recruiting and staffing, HR planning, testing, employment law, pre-employment practices, social networking and online recruiting, selection, and interviewing
  • Advanced knowledge and use of effective interview techniques
  • Strong experience with applicant tracking systems (iCIMS preferred), onboarding, and HRIS (PeopleSoft preferred)
  • Negotiating skills
  • Social networking and online recruiting skills
  • Good project management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of employment related laws and regulations
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
