General Manager Hospitality

The Hub Stadium is a spacious, high-energy, entertainment venue offering guests a unique experience for Team Building, Corporate gatherings, Birthday parties, Weddings, Showers, Holiday Events AND ALL THINGS FUN! The HUB Stadium is an $11 million operation with two locations. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Head Chef to lead our culinary team and elevate our dining experience to new heights. 

We are looking for a creative and proficient Head Chef to lead our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following: 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop and implement menus that reflect the restaurant's style and vision. 
• Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and high standards of food quality. 
• Lead, mentor, and manage the kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations. 
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen environment. 
• Manage inventory, including ordering and maintaining supplies while minimizing waste. 
• Monitor food costs and work to optimize profitability. 
• Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction. 
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques and ingredients into the menu. 

Requirements: 

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a reputable restaurant. 
• Culinary degree or equivalent experience. 
• Strong leadership and management skills. 
• Exceptional creativity and a passion for culinary arts. 
• In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. 
• Excellent organizational and time management skills. 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure with grace. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
