Position: Clinical Nurse Educator
Location: Hybrid (1-2 days a week in office)
Travel Occasionally
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required
Certified Nurse Educator (CNE) Certification
Minimum 3-years Home Health or Hospice experience
THE POSITION:
Provide oversight and direction to PHS’ Clinical Education Program by leading projects, developing dynamic education tools and clinical quality through PHS’ Pediatric Center of Excellence.
Develop and support the integration of new learning and skills into clinical practice through an evidence-based approach to identify opportunities for improvement and facilitates the initiation, adoption and adaptation to change.
Develop, plan, coordinate, and present clinical learning programs in alignment with PHS’ goals and initiatives.
Research current Standards of Practice, Federal Guidelines, and industry standards for safe administration of care in pediatrics.
Collaborate with leadership to improve quality and efficiency throughout the continuum of clinical care.
Lead educational products, work with appropriate staff to produce educational material that meets the needs of the consumer utilizing innovative technology.
Direct, participate in, and review the creation of digital and written education materials to ensure the materials produced meet PHS education and accreditation standards.
Create and manage templates, processes, and procedures for workflow and projects.
Facilitate the scheduling, quality assurance and accuracy of all services provided by videographer(s), photographer(s), voiceover talent, audio-engineer(s) and other contractors.
THE QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required
Certified Nurse Educator (CNE) Certification
Minimum 3-years Home Health or Hospice experience
BrighTree experience preferred
KanTime experience preferred
MS Office Suite experience preferred
