Description:
Looking for smart, dynamic, and intuitive people to join our growing team of insurance technology professionals and industry experts – this particular opportunity is for an experienced Senior Business Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for performing Business Analysis activities throughout project lifecycle.
Analyze and document business process specifications and functional requirements and communicate the requirements to development teams.
Requirements gathering and communication with customer.
Support the business analysis, quality assurance, and development teams.
Review and analyze documentation including business logic analyses.
Work with GIT, Jira, Jenkins, Azure, Lucidchart, and Scrum.
Skills Knowledge and Expertise:
REQUIRED EDUCATION: Bachelor degree in any field or major or relevant experience.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: At least THREE (3) years of experience in the job which must also include at least TWO (2) years of experience in the following: EIS is a MUST – Insurance background is very helpful
