Are you an experienced product management professional with a strong interest in driving innovation in advertising and marketing technology? We are looking for a skilled leader to join us as the Vice President of Product Management, focusing on Vertical Solutions in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sector. Your role will be critical in shaping strategies that drive growth and development for our iconic CPG brands.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Vision: Define and drive strategic vision, roadmaps, and business strategies for the CPG vertical.
Collaborate Strategically: Work closely with key stakeholders to prioritize go-to-market strategies, achieve product adoption goals, and track revenue growth.
Market Insights: Utilize market feedback to identify growth opportunities and competitive threats to ensure our solutions meet client needs and stand out in the market.
Performance Tracking: Report progress to senior management and make necessary adjustments to ensure success.
Team Enablement: Educate cross-functional teams on CPG solutions, fostering understanding and enthusiasm across the organization.
Marketing Support: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to tailor product positioning, create compelling case studies, and develop marketing collateral showcasing our unique market differentiation.
Client Engagement: Support sales efforts by participating in client conversations and new business pitches.
Desired Qualifications
Experience: 15+ years in progressive roles, including 10+ years in product management within AdTech or MarTech, with at least 5 years in leadership.
Industry Expertise: Deep knowledge and experience in the CPG industry, demonstrating thought leadership and success.
Product Lifecycle: Proven experience managing products from inception through maturity phases.
Influence and Communication: Strong skills in influencing stakeholders, driving resolutions, and presenting complex ideas effectively.
Education: Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or MBA preferred.
