VP of Construction, Hotels/Hospitality

For the past 20+ years we've been growing our business in the hospitality industry by supporting the construction and management of our hotels. We manage 17 hotels, both newly constructed/acquired with many more in development. Our work spans across the nation with our HQ in Fargo, ND.

What You'll Be Doing

• Mentoring Project Managers along with other team leaders
• Leading design and purchasing efforts
• Partner with development team in programming new work
• Strengthen company standards aligned to national brand partners
• Improve and create processes to maximize profit, quality and productivity
• Work closely with equity partners on funding, budget management, risk mitigation, etc.
  
  

Required

• 5+ years experience in a Project Manager / Executive level or higher
• 2+ years in the construction field, hospitality/hotels preferred (other commercial work would also work)
• Experience managing budgets
• Strong track record leading teams
