Main Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve incidents related to computer and mobile device use by handling various tickets.
  • Provide local and remote support via phone, email or online forms to employees in the use of various computer equipment, systems and software.
  • Work with network administrators to resolve incidents and problems.
  • Perform maintenance tasks.
  • Participate in various integration and enhancement projects.
  • Document all details of requests and incidents and troubleshoot incidents in the service center and ticketing system.
  • Travel occasionally to support clinics (Canada).


Requirements :

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in IT support.
  • Spoken and written languages: French and English.
  • Excellent customer service.
  • Knowledge of : Windows 10/11, MacOS, iOS, Office 365, Microsoft Teams and Sharepoint, Active Directory, Remote Desktop Applications, ITIL, ITSM.
  • Clear and empathetic communication with interpersonal skills.
  • Time management, priority management and triage skills.
  • Demonstrate autonomy and flexibility.
  • Demonstrate integrity and discretion.
  • Handle stressful situations appropriately.
