The results expected are completion of development tasks, issue support and supplier communication.
Fundamental knowledge of BMS systems and integration required for this role.
The engineer will coordinate supplier technical deliverables for BMS as well as lead BMS integration efforts for early development through production for electrified products
The release engineer will have proficiency in the functional BMS algorithms and the ability to perform vehicle and pack level testing/troubleshooting to achieve system level capability and critical maturity targets.
The release engineer will work closely with the hardware, controls and software, and calibration teams in order to coordinate key deliveries and development efforts.
The release engineer will require proficiency in data acquisition tools: ETAS/INCA, Matlab, Simulink, Vector as well as various platforms that interface with Dyno testing as well as HIL.
