We are seeking candidates for the role of Client Advisor: a NYC real estate aficionado who combines a passion for real estate with a profound understanding of New York’s dynamic market.
The base annual salary range for this position is $70,000 - $95,000, with total annual compensation (including incentive bonus compensation) ranging from $70,000 to $185,000+. The base salary range takes into account a range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions and exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, and other factors.
As a Client Advisor, you play a crucial role in our success by converting buyer and seller leads into successful transactions. Through phone, email, and text, you will not only guide clients through the complexities of NYC real estate but also document and track all interactions and deals within our CRM system. Your goal is to create an impactful client journey that culminates in a successful transaction with one of our third-party agent partners.
