The Role

The Director of Business Systems Integrations is responsible for the quality, effectiveness, and continual improvement of all operational “end-to-end” processes and procedures, including those partially or completely outsourced to third parties or other countries. This role involves implementing and optimizing processes that provide transparency and full reconciliation across all areas of our Salesforce, financial operations, and associated business application systems.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce and NetSuite process performance optimization, master data maintenance, outsourcing, insourcing, and supplier management. They will recommend the strategic direction for system process and data management, including design, operation, innovation, and processing locations. Additionally, this individual will be familiar with multiple business sectors and understand the importance of the Business Systems Integrations role in a fast-growing and evolving organization.

Reporting directly to the CFO, this role helps lead the service that ensures high standards of process performance, accuracy, innovation, integrity, confidentiality, security, and compliance. A strong commercial element is key to managing the rollout and development of controls and business skills essential for effective financial management derived from commercial activities. The individual will be a forward-looking, innovative, and commercially minded business systems professional, capable of deputizing for the VP when required. Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with operational colleagues are essential for this role.

Job Responsibilities Will Include

• Implementing and continuously improving the functionality of TRG Screen’s internal business systems
• Analyzing business needs and helping to leverage our technology stack to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our processes
• Collaboration with leadership, cross-functional teams, business and project stakeholders in building end-to-end innovative business solutions
• Manage the systematic order to cash process identifying gaps and implementing controls to mitigate risk around processes
• Addressing the system to adapt to transactional workflows and parameters along with the workflows related to contract/live dealer counts automatically feeding invoicing and reporting
• Performing analysis on existing workflows including documenting workflows through narratives and flowcharts, identifying risks and addressing assertions that are not mitigated through controlled behaviors
• Assisting in the design, implementation, and oversight of processes and financial controls for all financial systematic workflows
• Potential automation and integration of processes with other business units including contract management systems/procurement, deal alignment in salesforce, Netsuite integration and implementation
• Oversee application integrations of third-party products and internal systems. eg: Xactly, Contract Management Systems, CRM Analytics as well as in-house developed systems
• Drive process, metrics, and adoption by continuously optimizing systems functionality
• Assisting with Ad Hoc requests as necessary
  
  

Salesforce

• The design, oversight, and strategy surrounding Salesforce administration, development, and architecture
• Developing processes to review and maintain the accuracy of data and governance in Salesforce
• Maintaining controls over the data and processes surrounding Salesforce
• Helping to improve the quality and ingestion of data from external systems
• Managing major and minor improvements to Salesforce Instance
• Optimize Salesforce by removing excess and unnecessary data
• Management of Salesforce Administrator team
  
  

NetSuite

• Assisting in building future data bridges from/to Salesforce and NetSuite
• Working with our Accounting Team to optimize data output from NetSuite
• Managing data connections with other external systems
• Providing Accounting Team with suggestions for improving NetSuite instance
  
  

Requirements

• Experience designing and implementing system controls to meet compliance standards
• Attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
• Self-motivated and able to adhere to deadlines
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Excel
  
  

Education And Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree Required
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Netsuite
• Private Company fast paced tech start up experience a nice-to-have
• Experience implementing ERP preferred
• Minimum of 6-8 years’ professional relevant experience
  
  

Salary Range

$150,000 — $160,000 USD
