Partnership Director

Partnership Director | Remote work available, travel required | $170,000+ | Director level position with Bonus & profit share | Retail Media, Omni-Channel approach, AdTech, Ecommerce

After winning a series of contracts, my client is looking to scale up their director-level team, searching for a Partnership Director with Retail Media Network experience. The plan is to assist the Managing Director continue to build out their US footprint as part of their expansion into North America.

Here, the Partnership Director will be very hands-on with building out an entire Retail Media Network, with responsibilities including but not limited to commercial + business leadership, proposals, analysis, forecasting, budgeting, managing metrics internally/externally & more. Additionally, you’ll be open to traveling to meet clients or attending events, with the possibility of PR speaking too, not only building the company’s image but your brand too.

Key Responsibilities: -

• Working with the team, the client & all of their partners, you'll be establishing an effective RMN, driving revenue, ecommerce & overall growth for all involved.
• Develop the strategy & first-year budget, along with your plan on how to deliver it.
• Be influential in establishing the team’s focus and defining their direction for the account.
• Together, you’ll be looking for ways that you can expand the client base, driving media revenue & improving efficiency & processes along the way.
• You will assume commercial leadership, defining budgets, managing the PAL and being responsible for delivery of brand investment, margin & profit targets.
• Working with your team & external stakeholders where necessary, you will ensure quality creative output, delivering on all campaign expectations.

Requirements:

Along with proven industry knowledge & experience, my client is also looking for a background within marketing & retail media

Having already established an RMN before is very beneficial

Experience in utilizing data & new technologies within media.

This role can be performed fully remote, though frequent travel to the HQ in Manhattan, NY is required when requested. You’ll potentially also be required to be located/travel to Las Vegas, NV frequently due to client geographics.
