The BA should have at least five (5) years of experience with projects that performing requirement analysis, AS-IS and TO-BE business process, documenting as-is business and to-be business processes, preparing high-level needs assessment and validation, mapping test scripts to business requirements, create functional and non-functional requirements user stories.
Should have at least two (2) years of experience with projects that involve disaster management, cost management or emergency management.
Professional in Business Analysis Professional (PMI-PBA) from Project Management Institute or CBAP certification is mandatory.
Must have configuring and utilizing the Data Import and Data Export utilities.
Must must have experience leading and managing complex, technology projects and performing market research, product comparison and cost estimation, preparing recommendations document and budget proposals.Must have broad, extensive, and increasingly responsible project management project experience applying industry standard methodologies, principles, techniques, and tools.
