Someone who can remove roadblocks, own issues/risks/dependencies and drive them to completion without multiple follow-ups from others.
Very experienced with the Pl planning exercise, must have led teams in to planning thru multiple successful sessions in which they personally managed team capacity & load, sought out objectives & business value, communicated and/or managed inter/intra team risks & dependencies, concluding in a high team confidence vote.
Desire to take on 2 teams sooner than later, with an ability to serve both of them successfully
