- Program Management, Credit Card Processing background, experienced in agile methodologies configured for large, complex organizations, MS Project, Excel, Visio, Access, Power Point, Teams, tools Confluence, Sharepoint, Jira.
- Responsible for planning and coordination of tasks across multiple programs execution in parallel, supporting business, operational, and vendor teams in understanding of priority, capacity, impacts Coordinating and executing solutions across business, technology, operations, and external vendor/partners to deliver on time with high quality
