Job Title: Program Manager

Location: Whippany, NJ (On-site)

  • Expert level on Salesforce financial as a BA and all its components
  • Experienced Business Analyst
  • Working knowledge of Sharepoint on line & Teams
  • Experienced with M365 application suite especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Have a sense of design and aesthetics (For creating comms, one-pagers, and updating SharePoint site)
  • Question existing processes
  • Maintain ideas/development backlog
  • Document business requirements in Confluence
  • Develop and maintain metrics tracking to show adoption of system releases
  • Document user stories
  • Work with dev teams to do cost/benefit analysis
  • Co-ordinate with testing teams against Jiras
  • Handover to support activities
