Must have NAIC / ISO claims coding experience. Unit stat, statutory reporting, or policy coding experience is a plus.
Note: The person in this role will have to be an IT advisor to the unit stat, finance, and claims users on data issues so they will need a deep understanding of these areas
Must have Ability to modify SQL queries from developers to review data
Must have strong excel capabilities for data manipulation & reporting
Responsibilities
Answer day to day questions from business users (unit stat, claims, finance) on questions or issues
Clarify & direct development team on their day to day questions for stories and support items
Proactively analyze data for issues and process improvements in TPA data based on roadmap & patterns of issues
Collaborate with product manager to write stories for developers
Explain data issues to business stakeholders & the plans on how to correct such issues in terms they can understand
