Anthropologie Living Associate Designer - Home Accessories

Anthropologie Living is looking for an Associate Designer of Home Accessories who will support the Sr. Designer and Design Director in the overall design and development of new home products. This includes sketching and specifications for the products. The ideal candidate will have a strong enthusiasm for product development, industrial design, graphic design and packaging.

Role Responsibilities

  • Sketch and develop new designs for a variety of home accessory categories, including candles, vases, decorative objects, and seasonal gifts.
  • After designing, create technical specifications to ensure the products are manufactured to a high standard.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and technologies.

Role Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in industrial design or a similar field is preferred.
  • Between 2-5 years of experience in product design.
  • Strong interest in fonts, typefaces, and packaging design.
  • Experience using design software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator is essential and Solidworks is nice to have.
  • You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team is a must.
