See who AgroLiquid has hired for this role
Do you love being an Agronomist, but maybe not all the travel? Would you like to agronomically engage in the innovation of high-efficiency plant nutrition products? Does a collaborative environment with a team committed to greatness sound like the right fit for you? If yes, consider talking to us about our flexible timing to make a change.
As the on-site Crop & Field Research Agronomist at our North Central Research Station, you'll be at the forefront of leading agronomic research trials. This means you'll employ your expertise in the design, execution and analysis of crop research trials. As a part of this role, you'll work collaboratively with an expert team of agronomists to conduct experiments focusing on innovating plant nutrition. You'll also frequently collaborate with our Sales Team as you harvest data, present your findings to the group, and share annual research reports with farmers, customers, and other agricultural community members.
Your Most Important Interactions and Activities:
Our products are developed through scientific research conducted in real cropping conditions at our research facility with more than 1,400 tillable acres. This allows us to test our products, as well as other crop inputs, and study the challenges that farmers face every year, including drought, disease, fungus, and, perhaps most important, yield. It’s this combination of expert chemistry and in-the-field research that helps us develop the best products, and help our customers get the best return on their fertilizer investment.
