Are you an experienced accountant looking for a fully remote opportunity? We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join a large health system based in Oak Brook, IL.

Job Title: Senior Accountant

Location: Fully Remote (based in Oak Brook, IL)

Duration: 3 months with a possible extension

Pay Range: $40/hr - $46/hr

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

#### Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring our financial operations are running smoothly and in compliance with US GAAP regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily accounting operations
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
• Maintain and reconcile the general ledger
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
• Prepare financial statements and reports
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP rules and regulations
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• At least 5 years of accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP rules and regulations
• Proficiency with general ledger and related systems (e.g., Workday and EPIC)
