Role: Director of Sales, US ITOM Region

Responsibilities

As the Director of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in managing and expanding a US ITOM Region. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Team Recruitment and Development: Recruit, develop, and support a high-performing sales team.
  • Leadership: Provide strategic leadership to achieve revenue and pipeline goals.
  • Sales Enablement: Equip and monitor your team to ensure they can effectively identify, qualify, analyze, position, demonstrate, and articulate the value of OpenText ITOM solutions.
  • Market Proficiency: Ensure the team maintains a high degree of proficiency in business needs, market trends, competitive landscape, and our technology.
