PrimaryOne Health is currently seeking a Patient Eligibility Specialist for our Corporate office.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Obtain insurance verification for all patient visits, utilizing multiple electronic verification system, and/or calling insurance representatives.
• Utilize multiple electronic verification systems to obtain insurance coverage prior to patient visits.
• Utilize electronic systems and IVR in order to verify available benefits for all services, including dental, and vision when applicable.
• Identifying accounts requiring insurance rebills.
• Identifying accounts with expired proof of income/sliding fee.
• Identifying accounts with self-pay balances, noting actions needed
• Verify, correct, and update patient demographic information.
• Appropriately note the account for invalid or missing data.
  
  

Successful candidates must possess a high school diploma and minimum two years of recent experience working in a medical business office, customer relations and data entry experience required.

Employment with PrimaryOne Health is contingent on new hires completing full COVID-19 vaccination within 45 days of start date to maintain employment (unless you request and receive an exemption)
