Talent Acquisition Manager- Physician and APP

This will be a hybrid role.
Preferred qualifications:
Must have previous healthcare recruitment experience.
Physician and APP recruitment experience strongly preferred.
CPRP certification preferred.
The Talent Acquisition Manager reports to the Executive Director- Physician and APP Recruitment.
Leads and manages a team of recruiters responsible for sourcing and screening physicians and Advanced Practice Providers. Partners with stakeholders to design and execute best practice recruiting strategies, and works with direct reports to ensure the right recruiting strategies are in place and being executed effectively and efficiently. Ensures team members are communicating effectively and meeting stakeholder expectations. Coaches and assists direct reports as they work with leaders to complete TA process. Serves as a trusted resource for leaders they support, provides relevant data, and addresses high priority, sensitive issues as needed. Collaborates closely with and manages vendor relationships to effectively implement recruitment strategies. Familiarity with immigration regulations pertaining to visa sponsorship procedures. Collaborates with key stakeholders to oversee both in-person and virtual recruitment events at conferences and career fairs.
Leads and manages comprehensive talent acquisition (TA) process which includes workforce planning strategies, campus recruiting, posting positions, reviewing applicants, scheduling interviews, candidate selections, pre-hire preparation, and ensuring successful arrivals on first dates of employment for designates region/area. Partners with customers/leaders to design and execute best practice recruiting strategies, and works with direct reports to conduct workforce planning analysis to ensure the right recruiting strategies are in place and being executed effectively. Ensures team members consistently apply basic total rewards strategies to ensure compensation package is market competitive for the position, aligns with customer expectations, and aligns with candidate skills and abilities. Coaches and assists direct reports as they work with leaders to complete TA process. Serves as a trusted resource for leaders they support, and addresses high priority, sensitive issues as needed.

• Bachelors Degree Required or equivalent years of experience.
• 5-7 years of relevant Human Resources experience required. Leadership experience preferred. Professional certifications such as SPHR, etc. preferred.
• Requires experience leading the design, development, and execution of Talent Acquisition programs.
• Requires working knowledge and understanding of several functional areas of Human Resources.
• Requires experience leading and implementing sourcing and recruiting best practices.
• Requires experience with matrix organization and complex work environment.
• Requires experience exhibiting professional judgment and diplomacy in handling unexpected problems and frequent interruptions.
• Requires experience coaching and developing professionals.
• Able to guide the application of HR related regulations and laws (e.g. ; FLSA; COBRA; ADA; FMLA; etc.)
• Basic proficiency in MS office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) & Applicant Tracking System usage.
