Experience

  • 3 years’ experience with administering, configuring, and maintaining ServiceNow platform and IT Service Management or comparable application (Required).
  • Prior experience with ServiceNow service catalog, workflows, user interface actions and other customizations and features (Required).
  • Familiar with change management and operational support processes (Required).
  • Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS and desire to learn and gain proficiency in ServiceNow platform and applications (Required).
