  • Guide Users thru procedure (Will be Provide)
  • Perform Tests (Will be Provide)
  • Checklist Printed Documentation
  • Give users Instructions (Will Be Provide)
  • Receive, Acknowledge Tickets for iPhone Migrated.
  • Provide On Site Support
  • Provide Remote Support (For Users that are not in the office but were migrated)
