Role: Help Desk Engineer

Location: Martinez, Augusta, GA (Onsite)

Duration: Contract

Job description:-

IT Help Desk, Customer Service, and support experience with problem solving involving hardware, software, and networks.

  • Phone support experience necessary.
  • ITIL knowledge of V3 or higher. Especially on Service Desk, Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
  • Technical helpdesk experience is necessary.
  • Disciplined, systematic problem-solving skills required.

Hands-on Work Experience With The Following

  • Windows Operating systems.
  • Clients: Windows 10, and Windows 7.
  • Basic Knowledge of Windows Servers.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, and Office 365.
  • ITSM ticketing tools e.g., ServiceNow or any industry equivalent Service Management tool.
  • User account creation for Active Directory, Exchange Mailboxes, Distribution lists, etc.
  • Remote desktop connectivity applications like MS Teams, Skype, SCCM, WebEx, Live Meeting, and Windows Native tools.
  • MS Office Suite: MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, MS-Outlook, MS Project, etc.
  • Internet browsers (e.g. Explorer, Chrome, Firefox).
  • VPN and remote dial-in users.
  • Support for laptop, desktops, and printers.
  • Mobile Devices support.
  • Others: Adobe Acrobat and other common desktop applications like WinZip, etc.
