We are looking for a passionate digitally-savvy sales professional to join our Bradenton, FL sales team.

We are currently looking for a self-motivated, innovative and digital marketing experienced Account Executive with a proven track record of success in new business sales development, account management/growth, strategic selling of annualized digital marketing contracts, and to exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals. The ideal candidate possesses a strong digital marketing and business development background utilizing a consultative sales approach.

The Account Executive successfully leads digitally focused sales efforts. Prospect for New Business utilizing Sales Process is critical in this role. Conducted deep-dive discovery client calls, utilizing pre-call research to develop results-based solutions and present and close proposals. Work with the client success team to ensure client goals/expectations are met. Upsell existing customers based on need. Utilize a HubSpot CRM as a Predictive and Collaborative prospecting, pipeline management, & account management tool.

The position includes base pay annually, plus 25% of base salary commission plan. Individual base pay may vary within that range depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, relevant education, department equity, training, geography, and local wage and hours laws.

  • Ability to work independently to acquire new business while working remotely
  • Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to collaborate actively and constructively in a team environment
  • Manage a specified sales pipeline utilizing Hubspot CRM and develop a strategy for long-term sustained success

Required Qualifications

  • Combination of knowledge and experience equivalent to a B.A. or B.S. Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Sales or related field
  • Digital sales experience including comprehensive strategic campaigns constructed of Publisher Direct digital display advertising, Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO, Programmatic Display, OTT, Digital Audio, Targeted Email and other offerings preferred.
  • Experience using CRM such as Hubspot (Daily use required)
  • Clean DMV
  • Must have reliable transportation. Must have valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance required (at least minimum insurance required for the state in which the employee works).
