Job Overview
Serves as general counsel overseeing legal aspects of the System including: contracts, governance, corporate organization and other legal issues concerning the business operations of the System.
Qualifications
Work requires the knowledge of theories, principles, and concepts acquired through completion of a Bachelor's degree in Law or closely related field, and seven to ten years of work related experience. Juris Doctorate and License to Practice Law in the State of New Jersey required. Work requires analytical skills with the ability to exercise sound judgment, attention to detail and problem resolution. Must possess strong customer service, communication, organizational & interpersonal skills.
