Apply the Johnson & Johnson Learn’s evidence-based, integrative, holistic, purpose-driven model of performance improvement. Assess readiness and provide classroom-based education and coaching. Instruct on and support the alignment of missions to increase focus and awareness, increase connection and confidence, and improve performance.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE:
1. Bachelor’s degree in psychology, human performance, health science, or related field.
2. First Aid, CPR and AED Certification within 30 days of hire.
EXPERIENCE:
1. 3 years management experience in related field.
2. 3 years hands on classroom-based training and education experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE:
1. Master’s Degree psychology, human performance, health science, or related field.
2. Experience as a health and wellness consultant.
3. Health Promotion Certification and/or Professional Coaching Certification such as executive, leadership, well-being is
4. Experience crafting and implementing training programs, methodologies, and procedures for standardization and consistent delivery practices throughout a large organization.

1. Implement and manage the Johnson & Johnson Human Performance Institute’s model of performance improvement
2. Coordinate and deliver classroom-based educational offerings (psychological, nutritional, physical, etc.) to support positive change and the achievement of health and wellness goals. In-person and virtual. Small and large group settings.
3. Execute coaching excellence standards by managing, training, and developing the well-being coaching team with the goal of crafting consistent, impactful, and effective well-being learning experiences.
4. Apply evidence-based coaching techniques
5. Execute pre, during, and post training processes to ensure long-term sustainability of results and optimal participant experience.
6. Review, evaluate, and analyze existing programs on a continuous basis to ensure relevancy, accuracy, and effectiveness. Adapt as needed.
7. Provide motivation, guidance, support, and encouragement to program participants.
8. Hire, supervise, train, monitor, organize, and evaluate direct reports and instructional support staff.
9. Assists with budgets (operational and capital), financial reports, purchase requests, proposals, and invoicing.
10. Develop, review, evaluate, and implement policies and procedures relative to direct role and delivery of services.
11. Maintain established policies, procedures, objectives, quality assurance, safety, environmental, infection and hazardous materials control.
12. Ensure the maintenance of the department area and all equipment.

2. Proficient in delivery of classroom based instructional plans.
3. Highly developed presentation and communication skills (verbal, written, and body language).
4. Strong interpersonal, relationship management, coaching and collaboration skills.
