HAIL Partners is thrilled to partner with an esteemed, PE firm based in the heart of New York! This is a search for a dynamic Executive Assistant to support 4 high-profile executives in a deal team. This role is fast paced and will require adaptability and a quicker learner.
The Job:
Complex diary management for 4 dynamic executives.
Craft intricate travel plans spanning various modes of transport, navigating last minute and frequent changes.
Seamlessly navigate expense management using SAP and Concur.
Collaborate with fellow EAs to provide top-notch support across the board.
The Ideal Candidate:

5+ years of experience supporting senior-level executives
Ready to go above and beyond to exceed expectations.
Strong time management and prioritization, adept at handling conflicting priorities.
Possessing an unparalleled work ethic and a willingness to provide comprehensive support.
Salary/Perks include:
Base salary: $110-115k
Competitive discretionary bonus: c.40%
