Young boutique Lower Middle Market generalist Private Equity firm in Houston seeks a Big 4 Transactions Advisory or Assurance professional with two to four years of experience to join their team and support their business development, investment analysis, investment execution, and portfolio management and operational support efforts. The firm seeks a CPA with a strong desire to transition their career to PE investments. You'll learn how to source, analyze, value, and execute Private Equity investments. Requires:

Two to four years of Big 4 Transactions Advisory and/or Assurance experience.

CPA designation is strongly preferred.

Strong Excel And PowerPoint Skills Are Required.

Ability and desire to learn new concepts quickly is a must.

Passion for PE investments is a must.
