The Crown Is Yours

As an Anti-Money Laundering Associate Analyst you'll help us build and enhance our risk management practices. You'll be responsible for developing dashboards, data pipelines, and simple models to refine DraftKings' AML program and support our AML operations team. We're looking for an individual who is passionate about working with data and excited in investigating DraftKings' potential risks.

What you’ll do as an Associate Analyst, AML

• Perform alert development and tuning exercises via data pulls, SQL commands, python scripting, and more.
• Develop concept scores and alerts to flag high risk events.
• Create and support SQL pipelines and dashboards that will support internal alerts.
• Perform ad hoc analyses on high-risk events to support compliance and operations activities.
• Partner with various groups, including product, engineering, compliance, and operations teams to support protecting our customers and the company from undue risks.
  
  
  

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or another relevant discipline.
• At least 1 year of experience doing analytical project work.
• Experience conducting exploratory data analysis (querying data, aggregating/merging data, and evaluating for specific insights).
• Good communication skills and ability to work closely with partners across departments.
• Proficient with SQL or an eagerness to quickly learn.
• Experience building dashboards in Tableau or another similar visualization tool.
• Experience developing models in R, Python, SAS, or other similar software is a plus.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $62,400.00 - $93,600.00, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
