Ready to be part of a compassionate team dedicated to transforming lives? Vesta, Inc. is a financially sound, not-for-profit mental health organization Maryland, providing comprehensive behavioral healthcare. We're currently seeking a passionate individual to join our Waldorf Residential Program.
As a Full-Time Residential Counselor, you'll play a vital role in assisting individuals diagnosed with severe mental illness. Your responsibilities will include coordinating client care and daily activities, such as meal preparation, household chores, grooming, and medication monitoring. You'll provide essential oversight in our residential homes, working closely with senior clients who have various diagnoses and behavior disorders, alongside somatic care needs.
Position Details:
Full Time: Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm
Salary: $18.92/hr - $21.19/hr (based on experience and education)
Qualifications:
Ability to drive a 15-passenger van and maintain a valid driver’s license
Experience using eHR for daily notes
Bachelor's Degree or 3 years of experience in mental health
Experience providing skills training in residential or day program settings
Must pass background check and drug screening
