Key Responsibilities:
Build and Grow the Membership Community:
- Develop onboarding, training, and resources to make Community Members successful on the platform
- Achieve an x% increase in the number of new community members within the first 6 months
- Increase the percentage of active community members to x% by the end of the first year
- Develop a recognition program for active and influential Community Leaders, this could include things like awards, “badges,” and special access to resources
- Empower at least ## Community Leaders to take on more responsibilities and lead community initiatives within the first year
- Increase post and comment activity in community forums by x% within the first year
- Maintain a positive sentiment score in community interactions and feedback
- Ensure that community feedback is reviewed, prioritized and considered by Product Managers
- Conduct bi-weekly meetings with Product Managers to discuss community feedback and collaboration opportunities
- Launch joint initiatives or projects with Product to get feedback and drive adoption
- Bachelor's degree or above in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in community management, social media management, or a related role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement strategic adjustments
- Creative thinking with the ability to develop innovative engagement strategies
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with content creation, including writing, basic graphic design, and video editing, is a plus
