Director of Application Engineering

Our most near and dear client in Dallas is searching for it's new Director of Engineering and Supply Chain Applications! Our client is a global manufacturing company, with a thriving culture and great leadership team. As the Director of Engineering and Supply Chain Applications, you will be responsible for guiding in transforming the Order to cash, Procure to Pay, Record to report business processes and enabling technologies (ERP, MRO, MRP system) through deep functional and deployment expertise. This includes customers facing capabilities and internal use and operations. You will also help in the transformation of the Engineering portfolios and enabling technologies (Autodesk, Solid works, Ship Constructor), inclusive of PDM, through deep functional and deployment expertise.

If you possess the following qualifications, we encourage you to apply:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience required.
• 5+ years of experience working within a Supply Chain system
• 2+ years of Director (or higher) leadership experience
• 8+ years of experience managing distributed software development teams, ideal candidate should have experience leading multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience implementing several ERP or other enterprise wide system implementations
