Social Media Manager
Position: Social Media Manager
Reports To: Marketing Director

We are a leading hospitality, real estate, and construction group committed to delivering exceptional experiences and high-quality services. We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our marketing team and help us enhance our online presence and engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to align with business goals.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok).
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with our online community.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and generate reports to track and improve engagement and reach.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all social media channels.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid advertising.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and other content creators to produce high-quality visual content.
- Manage social media content calendar and ensure timely posting.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
- Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Creative and disruptive mindset with the ability to develop engaging content.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with graphic design and video editing software is a plus.
Tools and Software:
- Social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
- Analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
- Canva.
- Content calendar tools (Monday).
