Salesforce Administrator

Job Description

NumbersUSA is looking for a Salesforce Administrator who will lead the ongoing development of our Salesforce.com environment.

As the Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for being the primary expert on the Salesforce platform and any additional applications that interact with Salesforce. This includes day-to-day oversight of NumbersUSA’s Salesforce platform. Your responsibilities will include configuring Salesforce to meet business requirements, providing best practice recommendations, and implementing functionality for a range of internal stakeholders and projects. You will work closely with leadership, program leads, support administrators, operations team, internal stakeholders and our external Salesforce developer partners within a fast-growing environment to ensure that core systems are built for scale and delivery of key insights.

You should be comfortable taking on the responsibilities of both a technical project manager and an administrator. You are required to possess a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, with the ability to create custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity. In addition to this, you should have experience using Salesforce data tools such as the Data Loader and Excel Connector. Along with your technical abilities, you should also have strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering and deploying solutions to end-users. It is essential to be able to provide scalable, extensible, and easy-to-maintain solutions while keeping the overall user experience in mind.

• Salesforce.com Advanced Administrator and Marketing Cloud Administrator certification
• At least 3 years of experience working as a Salesforce Administrator
• Experience in working in the NPSP and Lightning interface
• Strong documentation and verbal/written communication skills
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence
• Experienced working with SOQL / SOSL Queries
