Day to day tasks would include:

• Finding and building dynamic relationships with hiring managers.

• Working as a recruiter to find highly qualified talent for a large variety of clients.

• Overseeing the entire hiring process (from sourcing to offer stage) in an efficient and effective manner.

Preferred skills would include:

• Strong sales skills

• Creative thinking

• Direct communication skills

• Sense of urgency

The ideal candidate will be a decisive self-starter who is capable of handling a multitude of tasks in a fast-paced environment. This is a perfect job for someone who is energetic, outgoing, friendly, and results oriented.
