Office Administrator

Job Description

We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions and maintain relationships with your designated customers within the 3pl.

Responsibilities:

• Draft correspondences and other formal documents
• Routing (Amazon, Walmart, Nordstrom, etc.)
• Answer inbound telephone calls
• Handle order processing and administrative inventory control functions
• Develop and implement organized filing systems
• Perform all other office tasks
  
  

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Microsoft Office experience
